Cajeta - Goat Milk Caramel
Cajeta is a Mexican styled caramel made exclusivly from goats milk. It is high in minerals so give a unique depth of flavour unlike anything you have tried before.
The perfect accompaniment to Ice Cream,
pan cakes, sweet dipping platters, drinks and treats.
Chevre - Goat Cheese
Marinated freshly each week in Tasmanian grown herbs and sold exclusively at Salamanca Market and our own Farm Gate at Strathblane.
Basil, Garlic and Chilli
Apricot and Tasmanian Pepper Berry
Our Chevre is soft and creamy. Try it spread on your favourite crackers or toasted sourdough,
or really level up your salad.

Join us for a full one hour personal hands-on workshop in homestead dairy and learn about :
*Goat husbandry and the history of dairy through the ages.
*Try you hand at milking one of our friendly goats.
*Differences between owning a House Cow and House Goat
and what may be better for you.
*Taste some of our products and talk about
milk, cheese, cream and butter.
